Strawberry Gateaux with Chocolate Ganache

Who doesn't love Strawberries and Chocolate?

It was my Sister's birthday and I wanted to surprise her with a cake. So along with my mom and my younger Sister, I decided to bake a cake a day before her birthday. I just love the combination of Strawberries and Chocolate it's so heavenly!

A five layer cake was in my mind with Whipping cream and Chocolate Ganache on the top. As I planned, it turned out to be the best looking cake ever and she said, ''Such a surprise it came to me as... apart from the fact that my mom and sister have planned to bake the cake at a friend's so that i wont figure out, the cake itself was a surprise since it was spot on. from the look of it to the last bite. It was a massive cake.. How did she even put it up? Great work and u sure gotta work ur sleeves up next time for u have risen up my expectations sista gal, my next birthday is around the corner remember? haha'', that's my sista!.

Finally.....

I have been trying to create a blog for the past few days and spent more time in researching to get a catchy Blog title and Address for it. Finally, I have come up with this and started my blog already! Yippeeee!
